Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

This is a temporary part time position until Spring 2018 assisting with recruitment and other HR related tasks.

Position Responsibilities:
• Assist with providing guidance to departments for creating the posting and advertising.
• Ensure accuracy and thoroughness of all job postings, advertisements and other correspondence related to recruitment.
• Assist applicants with questions about the application and our recruitment process.
• Assist Staffing and Onboarding Specialist with coordination of new hires and orientation.
• Provide assistance with Human Resources projects as requested.
• Perform related tasks as requested.

Minimum Qualifications:

Experience, and Skills

High School Diploma/GED
0-2 years of experience in a Human Resources office.

Preferred Qualifications:
Include Education,
Experience, and Skills

Associates Degree in a related field.
Two to three years of recruiting experience.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, bend and stoop. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Clarkson is committed to complying with the guidelines set forth under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
