Job Description Summary

THE PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT CLARKSON UNIVERSITY invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor in the area of mental health, clinical psychology, and/or counseling psychology. The position starts Aug 1, 2018. Responsibilities include teaching two courses per semester and developing a nationally recognized research program. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in both research and undergraduate teaching, and will integrate the two by involving undergraduates in his/her research program. The teaching load will include an introductory psychology course and advanced courses related to his/her area of expertise (e.g., Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Psychology).
